19 September, Kampala (Reuters) According to dealers, the Ugandan shilling strengthened on Thursday due to dollar inflows from remittances and commodity exporters.
The closing rate on Wednesday was 3,715/3,725; at 0853 GMT, commercial banks were quoting the shilling at 3,709/3,719 instead.
